Need two rear wheel studs replaced - near Bakersfield, CA

So my new bus owners cut a corner short and tore off part of the sidewall on the right rear. She got road service to change the tire, but they stripped two studs putting nuts on the outer wheel. She's called a number of shops who say they can't replace it. Can anyone give us a hand? This is a Cal Firefighter who lost her home up in Paradise. We donated our 4104. They love it, but these minor incidents keep plaguing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is surprising the tire guy would not know of a local place to solve the problem.  Being down on the weekend complicates things.  Bakersfield Truck Center is open today (Saturday) and tomorrow.  If they have not called this shop yet the phone number is (661) 393-6950.  If they stay on surface streets it should be safe to drive the coach to the shop.
