     Yeah, unbelievable but common.  The big NAPA down the street from my bus storage lot had a Hispanic guy working there - maybe mid-50s.  He didn't have enough English to carry on a real conversation but I'd bring in any part or describe what I needed, or maybe draw a sketch on the back of an envelope -- then he'd disappear into the huge warehouse in the back and come right back with exactly what I needed. 
     I haven't seen him there in a year or two.    :(  A kid with a computer was probably cheaper.
