I have a MCI ?81 that we are struggling to remove the bathroom.  Any tips on the proper steps for unanchoring and removing it from the back of the bus?  TIA

Which part are you speaking of specifically? The floor pan or the toilet seat/sink assembly?

This is what we are looking at.

Ensure that there is no plumbing still connected.

Then check the inner rim of the bowl for rivets.

Check for any trim pieces around the stainless as well as it may cover rivets or screws.

Lastly there could be adhesive holding it in. Mine came out fairly easy but mine is a 102A3 so they may have modernized a bunch

From the picture it seems that the bowl is holding you down. Also of the floor pan isn't separate, I would separate them as the pan does have adhesive to the floor

Locate all the frozen bolts under the floor and air chisel them out.

  HI;
     I totally understand your problem.  As I remember, It took a week to get that thing
     out.  I used a cut off wheel and cut anything connected to the toilet. Eventually
     it did/will come out.
                                     Good luck,   Merle.

Find the fasteners, the stainless piece comes out in one piece.

There's a BIG clamp holding the tank up, on top of the tank.

Large force and smart brain required.

If it doesn't come out, you need smarter brain...

Find the fasteners...

happy coaching!
