Banks power pack

Folks :Have any of you had any experience with a Banks Power Pack on a 315isb Cummings Engine ?Guy says after adding the power pack the engine now produces 450 ?? horse power . Is the Banks a good thing ,a bad thing or a useless addition?

Banks has been around quite a while and has offered power packs for many engines. Quality workmanship in his products. Familiar with the Duramax package and it worked great.
