Skin?

I am about to skin my bus. What sort of skin should I use?  I have heard that you have to heat up aluminum when you put it on,  But do you have to heat up the steel too?
Or maybe fiberglass would be an advantage?


P.S. We want a smooth skinned bus up from the Silver Eagle siding. i.e. no visible joint at the bottom of the window.
