Door Latch

I have 2-7/8 thick entry door,I purchased a TriMark 1600 series for the door I done all the fab work to install it and now I find out it needs extensions or a different inside latch to work, do you guys know where I can buy the extension or a different inside latch.I don't care to change lock the friggn stainless is tough to work with

Check with truck wrecking yards. That is what someone else posted a long time ago.

Its possible they have a part that can be used for different doors and designs.

Clifford these guys have or can get you what you need. Look on line through their products. I have a Tri-mark outside handle and an inside slam lock like firetrucks have  with the remote rods going up to hook to the trimark.
