Yes a hinged radiator is alot easier. Now with the air to air intercooler in front, a lot to take off to get the radiator out. Plus you need a floor jack to lower the radiator.

You can pull the air compressor off my 6v 71 at the rear but it has only 3/4" between it and the bulkhead. Like Luke told me years ago it is easier to pull the engine to the rear doors 8 inches and it is really easy to remove on the T drive in a MCI 5C
