Answering PM

How do you answer a PM here ,if the sender does not send his Email address I can not seem to answer one it just goes to my out box and people think I don't reply back  thanks

The PM's are handled through the board software and appear in the other person's "My Messages", but if they do not sign in or check those messages, nothing happens. We have the option of sending an email, but if they don't provide an email address in their profile, another dead end. If people don't communicate they lose out on useful information. Either some people choose to remain unreachable, or they do not realize what needs to be done in order for others to reach them.

I can scroll through the members list and find "send this member a personal message" and it works but I don't have time to set and do that

There is where your messages will be Cliff.  Maybe this is why you never got the $10,000 I sent you.  You never check your messages. :-)

Clifford just hit reply first when you get their message and then type yours and hit send. HTH
If you get them through Gmail then you have to go back to the board to reply.
