Some of you may recall the saga of my bus not wanting to start when hot. Tried everything starter related-yada yada.
Anyway earlier this winter I discovered diesel  in the oil so had the injectors rebuilt. So today I took it out for a test run to test out injectors and a new reverse relay and becdamned if it did't start ok when the engine was hot. Prior to this when hot it wouldn't even turn over a revolution and now it SEEMS to be normal. ????? Btw it's a GM pd 4106.

Hi;
     I would suggest you check your grounds.

Hi yo silver

I would second what Ol 713 suggested; check all the ground connections in the starter circuit. I'm reminded of the old addage; if you hear hoofbeats, suspect horses, not zebras. LOL! Probably something simple!

I HAD put in new batteries, changes starters, put in NEW cables, put in multiple cables, put in a second solenoid and just decided to live with it. You can't get much simpler than new battery cables that go directly from the batteries to the starter. Anyway I was surprised today when it starter like normal despite the engine being fully warmed up and it being a hot day.(hot by our standards, not Luvurbus/Arizona standards). :) :)
