MCI 5 Door Seal

I have tried a few different locations and different seals for the hinge side of my entrance door on my MCI 5 and can't find one or a location that will hold up.

Could you please share or show me a pic of what you have done that has worked.

I used a stock seal from Luke, and found that adjusting the door correctly was critical.  And very hard to achieve on my bus.
