I am not sure if this was already posted ... and might be from another board member ... dunno.

But saw this MCI 96A3 "Project Bus" for sale that needs some welding ... "you have no problem fixing it."  Hey, Craig sis it ... no big deal.

Jerry H.

There is some corrosion to the sidewall frame members due to left and right center marker lights leaking. If you're a handy welder, you'll have no problem fixing it. Have a look at what one fellow did: Bus conversion. He had no problem fixing the steel.

Not exactly the best way to get top dollar for a bus.  Tear it apart so it can't be moved, then try to sell it. :)

This is probably someone who started a conversion and then decided that all the metal work and the cost of an engine rebuild was more than he was prepared to do.  He will have a smaller loss now than if he got the conversion half done and then had to sell it.

Jerry you sure this is an MCI everyone on the boards think the Eagles are the only ones that RUST?

Last time I checked mixed scrap metal was worth $30/tonne here.  Lemme see, 12 x 30 less freight = have another beer.

The last thing I would ever want to do is hurt you.
Its the last thing but its still on the list.

Hmmm, wonder what percentage of the final bid I get?

No problem? Well, maybe I just make it look easy :)

Well, I guess it's not commercial use of my site, and maybe it'll bring in another busnut to rescue that bus.

Looks like a good opportunity for someone who wants to put a 4 stroke in and maybe some slideouts and a roof raise. Too bad it has
to be towed.
