** BRITISH TV COMPANY LOOKING TO HIRE CONVERTED SCHOOL BUS, TRANSIT BUT  OR SIMILAR FOR A ROAD TRIP SERIES **
Award winning TV company Betty TV are coming to the U.S to film a road trip across the south western states (TBC).
We are looking to hire a converted Bus, RV, or Winnebago type vehicle for our cast to travel around and relax in. 
Your bus will feature across 3 episodes of a prime time series for a major U.K Broadcaster.
The interior needs to be big enough to accommodate up to 6-10 adults comfortably for a few hours at a time.
The vehicle needs to be legal, reliable and roadworthy. We would need it from the 10th September – 5th October 2017 (although it might be a bit less than that)
We will be starting in San Francisco.
We are also interested in any wacky, cool, psychedelic Ken Kesey style conversions too.

I would consider renting out our Moose bus for this but our bus is booked @ the Tiny House event in Arlington in October.     This actually sounds like fun - not to mention some ca$h for the rental & seeing your bus on the big screen.

I would think you would need a CDL if they travel with you or if you shuttle them, if it's  a green room between shots they will want craft services and probably wont clean up, if its a dresssing room, thats a whole different ball game. Will your insurance cover damage, or will producer pay for damage? Will you be ok with smoking of different kinds in your coach? Attitudes of actors hyped up to do their bits can be challenging, the formal versions of this are called Honey Wagons, a company name, trailers or RVs driven by Teamsters, cleaned by maid companies, serviced by sewer companies, with catering bringing in food twice a day...

I think you're right about the CDL since it's being used commercially. You might have to get one yourself as it might change the classification and insurance of your motorhome.

I'd steer well clear of this one!
