Was just by some of Easter's buses on Monday. He sure has a lot of them. They are stashed in three or four places.I know a lot of them have been sitting for at least 10 years. The ones I saw  were mostly MCI's of 9's or a little newer. There were about 20 here; many more at other places nearby. Since you should have any purchase gone over by a good mechanic, it would be worth checking the place out, just to see all the different models.

You would need to set some criteria on your choices. First is establishing an approved area with lets just say the fundementals to inspect a large peice of equipment. In this task there maybe other regional requirements, but if on an area as above this could be uhm whatever
If this has been established your set for many great inspector oppurtunities.
On the other hand if not this task is time, labor and and can be a bit of a hassle. A local person might ought to have a set of hd ramps such as an experienced person with bus knowledge.
I personally dont have a problem with anyone looking for experienced "Bus" inspector mechanics, and that is two words and do respectively say its different experiences and
Qualities to offer.
I also have to add we all at some point sell things so whoever is selling, is lookin for a
buyer. So good luck! your decision to ask here is a smart one in my opinion.

No, I am not a bus dealer.

Full disclosure: I am a motorcoach enthusiast (https://www.flickr.com/photos/95851032@N07/) looking for a personal bus, but I am also helping my friend Mr. Wang start his Reno-Phoenix bus line (https://www.gofundme.com/make-motorcoaches-great-again).

He needs inspections all over the place because he needs wheelchair lift buses. There's one near Charlotte he's interested in. He has narrowed down his options somewhat.

If he needs to do a fundraising campaign and over the past month hasn't raised any money, I think it's premature to be buying buses and getting inspections...just my thoughts.

This does not seem to be quite the full disclosure above as to your lead in listed " swadian ".
I guess this is todays style, and an advertisement !

The following needs clarified; your business practicing license for your listed startup or its business filing number with the state of origin. This information directs lenders or contributors leading to this concept of your freind, active agent, future employer or stockholders listing of the business that is advertising to be collecting monies.
This puts this all in the " advertisement section again "

I dont see this as a charity but if so do you list a filing number for that purpose, and the respectful requirement of others needs for their appropriate filings.

Thank you for the opportunity to consider your listed gift of transportation to others.

Lol. I can smell online personality weirdness a mile away. So far I'm 2 for 2.... I need to take a break from the forum. Maybe it's the steroids I'm on for my back injury, but it annoys me to see people being rude to those of you who have helped us out of the worst bus jams. You guys have my respect and when newbies or people that hardly ever show up on here to post suddenly start to be rude in other threads or pull rank or respect they haven't earned, I get irritated.

Ok younger than me people. Please Splan to me Lucy what the heck this Go fund me thing is all about. You just throw money at these people and expect them to do something they say they are going to do?

Is it an investment and you make a percent of their business?

Or is it because they don't have a job or business like rational people and work hard to get the things they want and to accomplish?

Or do like throwing money down a rabbit hole and hope it gets used for something good rather than just extending their new Bus project or pay their rent...... :o

Don't get it but don't really care either.....

Dave be careful. This kind of questions and attitude about go fund me things got me in big doo doo (like kicked out) on the Grease Monkey site a couple years ago, when I commented how some bus nut was asking us to buy him a bus so he could travel around America in exchange for sending us pictures of his adventures. Us old guys don't get it I guess...

Gee, I was hoping the the fund-me crowd would chip in so that I could buy enough fuel to get to Alaska and back, and paint the bus before I go. I guess I'll have to do it the old-fashioned way.  ;D

Jc that's not nice and not an accurate statement at all.  You personally attacked the guy on a website that requires you to be kind to one another.  Also not a good description of their business.  This world needs more kindness.

Well Scott you could be a Gent and start that Go Deal off with a donation. I would, but dropped $6500 bucks on that Blower job down in San Antone at Stewart Stevenson.  ::)

There are people who work hard to put out quality content (videos, blogs, etc) and I've used GoFundMe and Kickstarter sites to contribute to them before. I'm young and I don't pay for cable tv. I can't stand the commercials and lousy programming. I watch YouTube Channels and if they're good enough I will even contribute to them to help them continue to create content.

I've learned lots from a few YouTube channels about how to fix cars or find free campgrounds or whatever. I don't mind supporting people who use their time to create things I appreciate.

That being said, I'm not just going to give money away. I'm not going to give drifters gas money in Quartzsite and I'm not going to contribute money for someone to buy a bus. I live simply and I know how easy it is to get jobs and pay my own way. Why should someone else finance my dream?!
