Well, I'm doing my part for "Global Warming"...my bus is a "Clean Air" bus.  I know this so because it sez so.  Painted on the rear engine door.   Is this great or what?    ;D
I also know that it's working.  I'm about to freeze my @ss off.  Now I'm off the motorcycle, and driving the BIG V8 powered van to work every day at great expense! >:(   This is ALGORES fault.
I vote FOR a little global warming!  Then I won't have to retire any further South.  This means that I won't have to park permanently at Cliff's place... ;)
May I recommend all of ya'll get one of those "clean air" decals and place on your bus so you can... "feel" that you are doing your part for Earth...and I reckon Mars?
Bob, tell Fred HellO!  You and Jackie be safe...ya'hear!  JR

Gumpy, you are right, Jackie is awsome.  But don't be knockin' my Bob.  He is my sweetie (don't tell Dallas) and it has been too long since I have had a good ole Bob hug.  Drive safely you two!!   Cat

Yeah, yer right!  Bob's cool!  Just yankin him a bit.

Wish I could figure out a way to get down that way more often. I'd like to hang out with all you folks.

Lord o' Mercy!  I had to dig around in the pucker brush to find the original post.  I can't imagine how much activity there's been since we left Cliffs' tender care and protection.

We spent 4 great nights with Fred and Caroline Hobe and Fred worked his miracles on the old bus.  He's doing much better since his fall but there are some limitations he's placing on himself...and I can't say as I blame him.

We've been in a Verizon Data blackout until today so no phone and no computer.  We left the campground where we'd originally planned to spend time this morning because, while is was on the beautiful Cullasaja River there was no phone or data link available.  So now we're set and you'll need to be patient while I catch up with all that's been going on and we're up to speed.  :)

The trip from Madison home was sort of Ho Hum, thanks to Fred, but he's got my gray matter cooking with plenty of things for him to do on our way back to Cliff, Julie and the children in the fall....and Dally,
Bree, Checkers and Rosie as well.  ;)

Weighed the bus on the way over to the campground today for the first time.  We tipped the scales at a lean and mean 27,840.  No wonder I can outrun Ace and Ross!  :D

A big 'Hi' to all....and thanks to all for their wishes for a safe trip.  It was all of that and happy too.

Jackie hit the big number today (a gentleman never tells a lady's age) but she isn't the slightest bit interested in 'another one'.
