That looks curiously like an overpriced garden shed. No rust they say yet there are broken windows and its outside. Thus there has to be rust.

Someone posted a picture of a buried school bus as a tornado shelter here on the board one time.  It looked very safe, and well done.

At $450, if one welded some steel over the missing windows, that would not be a bad shed. The price is about what you'd get from a scrappie selling it too.

Personally, I'd build a shed from wood for less though.
