I would love to go to Phoenix at this time of year, but I'll probably end up not doing this trip.  It would be six days of driving and three days lounging in Phoenix.  The only reason I was even considering this is I have two separate freight shipments coming from Phoenix at a cost of $1,000 or so.  I could make the trip for close to the same amount for fuel.  I thought I could borrow a trailer for the trip, but the trailer can't handle the weight.  Renting a trailer adds $300 to the cost which then makes more sense to have it sent freight.

If I had two weeks to make this trip I would be more likely to do it although money is pretty tight due to several projects I have going on.

I have a Series 60 as well. I like to change my oil every 100 miles or once a year, whichever comes last, just to be sure.  ;D ;D

I have a 6V92TA and I change my oil every day, whether I drive it or not.  Filters too.  You can't go wrong on maintenance.

Come on, Geoff, don't be a slacker.  You have to do an analysis if you're going to run it that long - otherwise, you'll burn up your engine for sure!
