Walking the dog last night and came face to face with a coyote that matched the size of my dog ( 62 lbs.)..We were 30 yards away and the two animals were stareing at each other for about 20 seconds,,if it were not for the leash I would have had a war on my hands.>>>Dan

'Grubstake' used to be our favourite restaurant at Q. The fish was fantastic. Last year, under new management/ownership, we were terribly disappointed, and I think a lot of others were too. It certainly was not a busy place, compared to the other restaurants.
We will try it once this year....maybe it has improved?

Gary, I am trying to figure out what Dan wearing a leash has to do with keeping the Coyote's at bey and why he doesn't  let his dog carry the scale... ::)

So did everyone that's already at Quartzsite keep their feet dry. I saw some video and it looked kind of ugly. I hope it's not a preview of later in the month

There's a couple of my landing pads floating around down there somewhere from a flood about 6 years ago.  Keep and eye out for them - I'd like them back.

Yes it has been aweful wet here so far this season. Got a tremendous amount of rain over the holiday weekend and Tyson wash was flowing pretty good for several hours.
