It looks like I@n is going to let the board die a slow death, I doubt it was commercialy viable so that would explain it.>>>Dan

My understanding is that I@n is have trouble with the Tech Service at the server he uses. Email only, no phone service. Jack

Here is the answer, directly from the horses mouth!
Richard

Ahh... enjoying a little peace and quiet here in Southern Ontario, Richard!!

I wish. My ISP has put a filter on their servers which automatically shut down a web site that generates over 100 emails a day. Saves on spam problems and overloading their servers. This happened coincidentally with the Ace thread that generated about 100,000 automatic emails from the bbs in one day. I've been having trouble getting my ISP to resolve the problem because their support is only by email. Not a problem, but it takes all day to ask a few questions and to get them to do something. To have them monitor something live while I make a test run is very futile. Eventually, someone who speaks english will call me, I hope. I have sent 4 "I beg you" emails.

Meantime... why don't you join me for a little less hub-bub in the world...

:-)

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a good Reisling in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:  WOO HOO, what a ride
