Greetings, this is my first time posting to this forum. I would like to find Bus Nuts, in my area that can
recommend a good garage for bus repairs. Also, need to find someone to do a pre-purchase exam for
a bus I am interested in presently. I live in Pasco Co FL. the Tampa Bay area.
  Regards,
  Miss D

Miss D,
Welcome to the world of busnuts!
You most certainly came to the right place if you are nuts like us and if you like buses you must be!

You'll most certainly find plenty of help here on this board, and there are plenty of busnuts in the central FL area!

I love buses especially the old ones. I missed a 1953 GM, recently I did not have anyone to check her out
for me, that I would trust.

My first thought is Central Florida Bus and Auto in Lakeland Florida.  Depending on the nature of the repairs you might talk to Fleet Tech in Hudson or Parilment Coach in Clearwater.

I'm going to be the bad guy here. I have had one experience with these guys, and I was not at all impressed. They did not seem like a straight arrow shop. Would I use them if I had no other choice? Probably. Would I chose to go there if I had any other choice? No way.
Sold - MCI 1995 DL3. DD S60 with a Allison B500.

Welcome to the board!

It took me a long while to find the mechanic and garage I really trust in this area (Minnesota) and now I'm leaving and fulltiming!

Good luck!
