Drive shaft or 1 axle ask for a wheel lift if possible since you are to high for a Landoll

Both times when we were towed they insisted on pulling both axles although as Clifford has pointed out only one would be absolutely necessary.  The good wreckers will have cover plates to replace the pulled axle (to keep the oil in).  Otherwise you'll want to put a cover of some kind over the hub to keep some of the mess contained.  Cardboard works.

The last thing I would ever want to do is hurt you.
Its the last thing but its still on the list.

Good cardboard made in the US, not the thin asian stuff. I don't know where your check valve or valves would be, but they are easily confused with the hose connectors or junction blocks. I believe Sean posted pictures of his when he had trouble.

     Hi;
        What is the future for the MC-7?    What year is it?  Where is it located?
        I have a MC-7 (1970) and locating parts info is always good idea.

It's here in AZ, I don't know the status between him and Progressive it's been going now for months, the engine is bad plus the bus has been smooth skin and has Eagle caps and wheel wells a good looking bus Edgar did a good job (rip).The hauling co and tow company really did a number on it, sad to see what they did

when we had our MCI 7 towed they pulled both axles, put cover plates on them, used a wheel lift and secured it under the bus, not with the tow hooks.

Thanks guys. They towed it well and disconnected the drive shaft. Stinky part is they won't re attach it. Add it to the list of things. Thanks Walter about the check valve. I still
Want to check
That while I'm working on things. But I am indeed getting fuel.

Fuel check valve - on my MCI with MUI engine (non-DDEC) the only check valve in the fuel system is in the return line to the tank, and is located at the termination of the flexible hose that comes from the restrictor fitting on the cylinder head and goes to the hard line that runs up to the tank.  You get at it through the access port in the floor.  It's connected to the hard line, and the flexible hose connects to the check valve.  It checks up fuel returning to the cylinder head from the tank, I really don't know why.  But that's where mine is, anyway.

Brian not to contradict you but I think there would be a check valve on the other end somewhere between your fuel tank and injectors to keep it from losing prime.

But yes the check valve you speak of on the return line is there to keep fuel from back flowing and creating a siphon out of the tank if it were some how able to do so while not running. (I think)

my 1990 had a brass flapper check valve just b 4 the 1st fuel filter . I changed to a check valve for a fuel system as it is a lot harder for it to leak back
