A lot of Nice Buses showing up here at the Gorge in Stevenson , Washington Rally. We got in last night early and Doug High and Tom Goldsby parked us in a holding area until this morning and we moved over to the 3 day area of the rally. Lots of Busnuts looking at coaches as well as making friends and some old and some new ones. Very nice group of Coach owners. Eagles, MCi's, Prevost's, And a few GM's also. They are getting  a count of 35 Buses so far. Getting some good ideas as well as eating a lot of great food.

I am sure Gary Hatt will put up some good pictures later. The Northwestern Busnuts are a great bunch of guys and Gals and what scenery up here they picked to have the rally, right on the Columbia River. steelhead for dinner tomorrow night. Smoked Salmon in every town along the river. Wish you'all could be here missin a good one.  ;D

What a fantastic rally! Doug High and Tom Goldsby did a great job and it showed. The weather was perfect and the food was outstanding! We had a local band on Friday night playing some good old country music.

A great showing of buses, Eagles, MCI's, GM's, Prevost's and an older Neoplan showed up on the last day.

It was great seeing old friends and making some new ones.

Look for a lot of pictures along with an article in an upcoming issue of Bus Conversion Magazine.

Thanks Doug and crew for a fantastic rally!

You're welcome Dave.  By the way, I don't text, lol.  Don't forget to stop at Crazy Norweigean's in Port Orford for fish 'n chips. If you are planning on turning off at Leggett and cutting over to Little River and Fort Bragg....I wouldn't.  It ain't a road for buses and rigs towing just FYI.

Mark it was the wife she is the sports fan remember LOL. We are going down to exit 555,  20 and back in through clear lake and Williams to I-5 and home.
And today we I got up and turned the AC on I heard a switch click at the front panel. Ot was the ac switch. I went and looked at the electrical bay and found a very burned 20A L6 plug on the inverter to house plug burned and 1/2 melted. Seem the black hot wire worked its way out and rub up against the bare ground in the plug end. Found we let the smoke out og the 32 inch TV, the microwave, the Ac heater in the 3 way frig. Luckily the computers were on a seperate surge protectors so they were fine. The rear TV didn't get touched. Even though we have a whole house protector from the box to the coach we will now put a surge protector at each device because that is what saved the other things. Ah RVing is so much fun......

Good work all!

At the Gorge Rally I had the pleasure of meeting and spending some time with Mr. Gary Hatt, owner of this board.  A straight shooter for sure, and plying his trade here for the betterment of us all, not to get rich.  Keep up the good work, Gary and hope to see you in the desert somewhere this winter.  Parump maybe?
