I bought a Mercury Cummins Smartcraft Smart Link VDO V02413072CH 24 Volt 2" Voltmeter Gauge.  It has three wires yellow, blue and red.  Does anyone know which goes to what?

If it is a VDO gauge contact VDO. I tried their site but the number does not come up, may be an old number. Is the gauge new or used. One of their 24v gauges shows red/12/24v, black/ground, blue/illumination.

New gauge but is Mercury Cummins Smart Link.  Seems to be proprietary and they don't share; plug in to their system or don't use it.  Looks like I will return it.

Guessing that gauge is more of a data display unit than a voltmeter.  It may display the voltage it's told to by the engine computer.  I have one for my truck that is told the voltage via the OBDII port.
