Being in one of the above categories I am constantly searching for articles and info about our favorite topic...buses.

Unbelievable~ I have never seen such a collection of great information anywhere! I really wonder who wrote this and how long it took him (her). I certainly will add it to the Favorites list in the help section as well as try to ascertain who the author is.

I too have to agree this is the most informative web site for newbie's and those wanting to learn more about buses like me.  Thanks for sharing this with us.  I wish I could take the credit for this much publiched information for everyone to read and am sure it took many, many weeks to comply.  I should know.  My hat is off to the composer of this web site and to Bob for sharing with us all again.  These bb'd can be real helpful to us all in situations such as this.  In fact, this site is above any documented books I have already read about our hobby and should always be a "must read" for all newbie's in particular to consider. 

Think of the information you get from this bb'd site and all that you can gather from busnuts like us like, Fred Hobe, Jack Conrad, Fast Fred, Bill Glen, Bruce Knee & Ross Carlisle, Luke and many more willing to share all there knowledge to anyone asking in our circle.  I certainly do not want anyone to feel left out in my list of converters that can help any one out with advice and want everyone to know there are many of us there willing to help out with information such as this web site Bob has given us the link to and it's FREE information to those willing to absorb.

Good Luck in all your conversion, Stay Safe!!  These are not toys!! Always remember at the begining of your bus conversion work day, ("How can I keep myself from getting hurt today") and you will do fine.

I came across this awhile back. I think, but am not positive, that this guy is in some way connected to Sharky's Bus Barn site, with a skoolie / housetruck / housecar focus. There is a lot of good stuff there, I agree. I'm glad you posted it, Bob.

I actually enjoy Sharky's site quite a lot. One of my favorites is the ongoing story of Grace, one of the most famous housecars ever.

Good stuff, although almost all of the pricing information is very out of date.  It would be very misleading for someone to buy based on this data.

Except for the typos, missing common information and a few obvious omissions
it was pretty well thought out and done.

A few of the actual facts are off by a few years in places concerning historical data.

But Hey, Whomsoever wrote it was pretty good given the across the board concept.

Maybe we could find the author and get the corrections and histories up to date and get him
published somewhere??
