Obviously a bus then someone really tried to do something unique. Looks like this person did.

Looks like something Cliff Allen would build.  I think I see his initials painted on the rear bumper and a reflection of his face in the rear window.  ;D

Actually, all it needs is a rear bumper and a paint job, it looks halfway appealing. Creative use of two grilles on end to make the tail lights, not bad.
