Hello!

We are looking for a converted bus to film in the Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin areas for a cable series.  It MUST have TWO separate sleeping areas.

We will film the inside and outside of the bus showing off all of the features and amenities.  The bus will not need to move or be driven.  The bus owner will not be on camera.

It is for one day of filming on Saturday 7/23/16 which usually goes from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.  Small filming fee is offered.  If you have a bus that could work for our shoot please email nicki_marshall@pietown.tv with your contact information and some photos of the interior and exterior of the bus.

Cheers! ;)

"small fee" ... yeah, let's all jump on that ... "we don't think your coach or your time is worth much".

Hi Nicki!

Thanks for the post and the opportunity for the community to have a part in your series.

Could you please clarify - are you looking for a coach to travel around in for a couple of days in that region of the country?  Or are you looking for a bus that is in that area that just needs to be available for a shoot ?

I personally think Northern AZ would make a better location for the series.  High Desert has a nice ring to it!   ;D

Hi Phil,

We are not looking to travel in a bus for a new series.  When I say "tour the bus", I mean "check out the bus' features", like when you tour a house for sale.

We are looking to film the inside and outside of a bus conversion for one day of filming for a story we are currently shooting in the Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin area.  We will simply tour the home filming all the details and features of the inside and outside of the bus.  We will show it off, so to speak.  The owner of the bus would not be on camera.  We usually have a few hundred bucks in the budget for one day of filming (about 8-10 hours).

Cheers!

Sounds like fun!  Thanks for the extra detail Nicki.  That's very helpful.  Please post again if/when you all come to AZ.   ;D

Kind Regards, Phil

film inside of a bus, will need a lot of light, not much room to set up C stands, only enough power, maybe for LED lights...video camera might be better for low light situations...

Once again, we are just out of reach. Just sold our 9 we converted and now we are in the middle of our second bus conversion. Which has two bathrooms :) and will have two sleeping areas :) when done.

If you're willing to go all the way to central Minnesota, you could film in my converted MCI-7. There's one closed off bedroom and a fouton in the living area. Not sure if that suits your needs or not, but it's available!
