Driving a bus down the road is where you need the AC it doesn't take much to cool one sitting

Yes. Stopped we could cool it just great. Running down the road is when we would run 4-5. That is why we put the manual transfer switch in, to handle the load. When you are running down the road in 110d weather....it really heats things up. I am glad you appreciate all the work we put into it. Now, if we need it again, we might trade you back for something, since you have done so many improvements to it ;D ;D ;D

For the record. I do not miss owning a bus at all.  ;D

I will say this, ours has stayed cool in 114 F in Texas with two 13,500's. Works fine. When cooking tho, it's over. Also, John, I kind of get that you don't miss owning a bus. I own one by necessity, but life would be a lot less stressful without one!!!

My last bus had a wanna be range hood that was not vented to the outside, just blew it back in your face. In the new bus i installed a range hood that vents to the outside, HUGE difference in inside temps. The wife can bake in the oven and the inside temp may rise just a couple degrees. Not like the old bus, light the stove and go set outside until tomorrow.
Some are called, some are sent, some just got up and went.

I did not want a vented stove hood, so I have a non vented hood that also blows in my face. The difference is I have a Fantastic vent fan above the stove that runs when we're cooking. No problems with heat, or steam. Works so well, I repeated it in my truck conversion. Good Luck, TomC

We have a window well all our windows still and many open. The one behind the range we just open and have a 6 inch muffin fan pointint out. We turn that on and open the window if it is needed. ;D

I like that plan.  Sounds clean, quiet, cool ... pretty much good all around.

Yep also do mostly induction and just put it in the drawer when done. But Doreen likes to bake also and says she still needs the oven and stove top.

Stove/cook top/microwave/micro convection oven with built in fan--. I vented mine out the bottom of the floor and I can run every cooking unit with absolutely no heat escaping into the kitchen/galley.
