Need help identifying this power steering reservoir

My MCI MC9 was repowered with a 50 series Detroit Diesel by the previous owner.   Below is a picture of the power steering reservoir.  It does not look like the stock MCI unit.   I need to find a cap for the reservoir.  Can anyone identify it?

Can't tell diameter but looks like common GM cap would fit unless it is a lot larger. Probably could check an auto parts store.

I have one of those too. Oil holding tank. Holds two gallons of oil. Has a petcock valve in the lower drain hose. You fill it and as you're needing to add oil, you just open the valve and add as needed. Make sure it indeed has been repurposed as the power steering reservoir. I've never seen that before.

Ok will share my mistake in steering pump reservoir  location. I mounted it to low and resulted in some of the problems your describing. Must be above highest point in the hose route front to back. Moved mine up and solved a lot of foaming problems. Also back flow when stopped.  It is gravity feed to pump.  Keep in mind Westside truck parts in Owensboro KY for used truck (semi) parts. They have allot in common with buses in many respects. Give me a measurement inside of neck for cap=Have a few extra tanks laying around. On mine that is a vented cap.

That is the breather tube off the top of the reservoir
