Prevost with 8V-92TA (DDEC engine) has a longer wheelbase than those with Series 60.

No they don't. What Prevost did to fit the series 60 into a 40 foot coach was wait for the shorter length 6 speed Allison, and then modified the tag axle configuration to make that combination fit where the 8V92 and the HT755 transmission sat.

Where Prevost has altered the wheelbase is on the 45 foot entertainer shell the chassis uses a longer wheelbase than on the motorhome shell. That has to do with the entertainer needs for bay space. Now all X series Prevost coaches share the same wheelbase.
