I'm wanting to make sure I get all my old antifreeze out of the system and the over the road heater core is lower than the feed and return lines, so my question is there a petcock on the bottom of the core to drain it completely? I looked in the book and it doesn't show any and I got under the bus and didn't see any  ??? so what would be the best way to get it all out? I thought about putting air to it and blowing it out but I don't know if that would get it all  :-\

If  you can put a shop-vac hose onto one of the lines and open the other, it will very quickly suck out all of the old fluid.  Works a treat.

Subject topic doesn't quite match the post's question?

Are you actually removing the OEM heater core for additional space, or simply changing the coach's anti-freeze?

Brian, Thanks for the suggestion, I may try that.
RJ, I'm changing the engine and I'm putting new antifreeze in and want to make sure I get all the old out, its pretty nasty looking ;)

Jason, I haven't forgotten you btw. Still sorting out our plans for the summer to see if we can fit the radiator into our budget. I'll be in touch

Well, why not just flush it with water?

Strengthen anti-freeze to compensate.

You'll have to fool the valving to stay open, and then get more "stuff" to come out than just draining?

happy coaching!

Scott, No problem, let me know
Buswarrior, Never thought of the valve, How could I fool the valve to stay open?
to bad they just didn't put a drain on the bottom, that would be to easy :(
