NEED SOMEONE IN THE HENDERSONVILLE,NC AREA TO LOOK AT BUS

I have found a MCI-8 Located close to Hendersonvile,NC. This bus was on Craigslist recently & looks to be a good one. If you can help in anyway your efforts would be greatly appreciated,even if you just have a comment or two!

The 1975 MC8 with 86,389 miles? The miles can not be accurate, but the paint scheme and the interior look good for that age, must have been used by a band or church group last. The manual transmission will make it a hard sell, that is why it has been listed for a month. Check for independent diesel garages in the area, there should be someone within range that could look at it. The engine is probably a 8V71, unless it was changed.

You might talk Gene Russell into riding over and check for you.

He might even know about the bus as he is not far from there.

I could ride over but would not be much help.

I have never seen a bad bus  LOL.

At the least, go over yourself and take lots of pictures inside and out. That will help others guide you. You have to decide whether this model appeals to you anyway.
