Bob & Niles- I have gotten several different stories about how the parcels will be sold depending on who I talked to. I guess we will just have to see what happens auction day.

Nick- Intimidation doesn't sound too bad.... I'm just not sure what it would take to do that...... maybe pipes?   ;D Just kidding!
