I ran across this a while back and thought you folks might know where we could purchase custom sun screens like these....of course with our own design.

Lots of places do them - just Google "Personalised car sun shade" or similar

A shameless plug for my business - visit www.magazineexchange.co.uk for back issue magazines - thousands of titles covering cars, motorbikes, aircraft, railways, boats, modelling etc. You'll find lots of interest, although not much covering American buses sadly.

We prefer these as they kill the sun's rays before heating the glass, also saves weather stripping over time. A product called Sunguard from RV Toy Store in Palm Springs CA 88-334-5533. Bought in 2011, don't know if they're still in business. We have them made for every window that's not under an awning.

There was a company in Florida (I believe) that advertised in the FMCA magazine back in the nineties that would make custom window covers for buses and RV's. They might have been both exterior and interior ones.

Tom, was that your first bus as in the first Italian Greyhound? If so....what a small world. Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the leads, guys! I had also seen some that attach to the outside of the windshield using magnets that are mounted on the inside of the windshield. I think that would make better sense if you were looking to cut out any heat.

Make it a great day!

Are they still making shades? It has been said Bill's health isn't what it used to be?

Shadepro.net they are out of san diego, also go to quartzsite, yuma, and surrounding areas. You can also order stuff at a discount through their ebay store from time to time. Friend of mine has worked for them for about 20 years. Just put 4 new window awnings and a new patio awning on my bus.
Some are called, some are sent, some just got up and went.
