Is this tow hitch adequate to pull a suburban? I attaches to the bottom middle supports of my GM4106.

It looks like it is stout enough to pull the suburban.  But the real force is during braking.  I would highly suggest you get the air powered auxiliary braking system that pushes down on the brakes of the suburban.  You can create a tremendous amount of crushing force during braking since the brakes are alot more powerful than the acceleration of the engine.  Good Luck, TomC
