He included a photo, but we just can't see it. After all, the Big Bang Theory (no, not the one with Leonard & Penny, the real one) states that before time began all of space and matter was compressed into a form smaller than a sub-atomic particle - which naturally cannot be seen by the naked eye

A shameless plug for my business - visit www.magazineexchange.co.uk for back issue magazines - thousands of titles covering cars, motorbikes, aircraft, railways, boats, modelling etc. You'll find lots of interest, although not much covering American buses sadly.

But where did that sub atomic particle come from? And how did they know it was there before there were microscopes to see it?
I'm just not convinced yet.... ;-)

Because time does not exist at a singularity, concepts like "from" don't apply.   It's a moot point to discuss what was before the Big Bang, because there can be no "before" if time itself does not exist.   And to answer your second question  -  Redshift, and VHF static (which is partially Cosmic Background Radiation, the remnants of the heat from the Big Bang).

Buses are much simpler!

Interesting. . . Where'd you run across these drawings by Dwight Austin?  (Father of the V-Drive configuration.)

Pacific Greyhound Lines contracted with the Columbia Coach Works to build ten of the new "Nite Coach" buses. On what routes Greyhound ran the new coaches is not known, but two likely runs are the Pacific Coast and, Chicago to Los Angeles. The PR photos were taken in LA in 1933.

The new coach was designed by Dwight E. Austin, who also planned and patented the successful earlier "Nite Coach" machines that were produced by Pickwick. His next move was to work for GM in its "Yellow Coach" division on new coaches for the Company.
