That's Stan Holder's place, Richfield Bus Company.  Stan's an active busnut, but is more into the "historical fleet" mode than RV conversions.

Had a nice long chat with him at the Pacific Bus Museum's Open House back in August.  Really nice guy, and very sharp about the industry.
