Does anyone have the contact info for the person/company selling the stainless steel baggage bay door hinges? I need to get my rubber ones replaced soon, you know, yesterday. The rubber ones just don't last.
Thanks,
Mike

You will love the stainless hinges. They are even easier to get on than the rubber ones.

Thanks!

They don't fit the same as the rubber hinge, so they won't seal, -  but they are stronger.

They are about 6" long. I suppose you could add some weather strip of some sort to seal when the door is closed. . . .

On my 4107 they were a real pain, the rubber slots had to be enlarged to get the SS hinges in - not a bit of fun.

They're no good for 4104 and 4106 because the rubber hinges serve as seals, not so on the 4107+ where they are great.

I found the rubber much easier to install if the hinge tubing is clean and liquid soap is used on the new rubber, slide right in.
