Trace Invertor repair?

Hey folks, a friend of mine recently bought an eagle and is having trouble with his Trace Invertor. I guess it won't work. Wondering can these be refurbished and if so who does this type of work. My friend is usually around Sioux City IA, otherwise is it a better option to just get a new Inverter? Thanks, Craig

Has he tried ressetting it? Disconnect all power, both ac and dc for at least 20 minutes. The service center says 4 hours but I've never had to do that to get one to reset.
