That was sweet! Haha! Oh the stuff people do. Crazy to see a rod like that sounding just like a two stroke bus haha! Cool stuff!

Since this aired, he had to change the exhaust from straight out with 12 pipes, to a more normal 6 into one with short stacks behind the cab. Still looks and sounds great. Good Luck, TomC

There's something irresistibly appealing about putting an absurdly large engine into a car, if for no other reason than because it fits!   I was watching Jay Leno's video of him driving a Merlin-engine Bentley, and Jeremy Clarkson trying to drive a car (I use that word loosely) called Brutus that has a fire-spitting 42 liter BMW engine from a Heinkel 111 bomber.   Fun!   There was someone in England who put a Merlin into a pre-war roadster, and when it backfired one day inside the garage it blew the exhaust completely out through the wall and into a field outside  -  he couldn't hear anything for a week afterwards!   The world needs more people like that, who make things for no logical or rational reason except that it's fun and makes lots of noise.   Sort of the same reason some of us have buses . . .

Correction  -  the Brutus engine is 46 liters.   I'm sure those extra 4 liters make all the difference.   How could anyone drive it with only 42 liters?   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJn7LHE83cc   Imagine taking that for its smog check.
