Hey all,

Here's the final product. Cut them out on the Zund CNC machine and glued them this morning. Still not sure how to mount them to the bus but I'm thinking the original hinges and a couple new ones on the front. Screw it to the bus with self tappers and use clear caulk around the frame and around the fantastic fan. Gonna steal power from some 12 volt lights that are nearby and voila! with the sliders and the fans I'm hoping to keep AC usage to a dull roar. Update on inverter: I found the same exact inverter new in box 20 miles away for less than half of what I paid for the one we think just quit working. The only inverter repair guy I could get on the phone said you'll spend $400 just getting it to me and me opening the box. I'm buying the new one for not much more than that. Now let's hope I was right in my diagnosis of the inverter being the issue and not the power switch.
