Puller or number needed

I need a puller to pull a rubber mounted pulley from a 8v92,the best I can describe it is a 2 -3/8" sae bolt with a 3/4" bolt through the center it looks like AC clutch puller for auto's only larger.

I checked the Kent/Moore and Snap/On sites no listing or numbers,any help with locating one would be of great help to me, if the pulley wasn't so expensive I would forget about it cut it off at 1200 bucks and 6 to 8 weeks delivery time for the pulley I need to save the pulley

Today I found out by accident trying to remove the water jacket adapters for Brian Evans after cooler those are the same size with the same thread as the pulley if I would have knew that I could have made one and not go borrowing
