Internet sale at camping world has great prices this weekend

 I ordered 2 fantastic fans (item# 7284) with thermostats from camping world this morning they are having an internet sale and they were $160 each. That's a great price if you've ever thought of buying one.

Do thay have the rain detector, auto close ? That is a really neat feature.

Our fans have the auto close feature.  Didn't like it.  We finally put covers over them.  What happens is this.  It starts to rain and the vents close.  The sensor dries out and the vent opens.  It's still raining and the vent closes again. This goes on and on.  We call it the dance of the vents. Try it with two vents. We don't trust the vents up in wind either.  They really seem to flop a lot.  So we bought covers.

hmm haven't had that problem....but if one were not home and forgot to close it, I think the feature is an advantage.

If it becomes an issue I would rather just put the big shrouds over them. The less stuff to break the better for me

Same here we put the covers over ours because of the rain sensor problem. Also if you have Amazon Prime you save 2 dollars because shipping is free and CW is 10.00. For the extra 5.00 you can get the Camco installing kit with it with the caulking and screw etc.

Well call me vain  I try to keep my roof line stock...Too many lumps up there ruins the bus' lines for me
