drivers door

recently purchased '64 eagle #006670, trying to get info on its past history.
also it has a drivers door just like the passenger side. was this common
in 1964 or was this a special order option?  any info on this coach would
be greatly appreciated.  Last owner was from Indianapolis.

I have only saw 3 Eagles 01 with the drivers and passengers door yours would be # 4 had to be a special order you would think ,6670 was a Continental Trailways Midwest bus was delivered in 1965 fwiw
