Can anyone recommend a decent cover for my bus (43 feet)?

Yeah, I have a setup on my pool table so I can put my machine on there and have a flat work surface even with the machine.  It does take 2 of us to work the material through there, but it is not that hard to do.  Sewed my cover back on my furling jib that way, fixed the seam that came out of a sun setter, and made that covering for the bar area with it.  All very large and heavy items.

I think sewing my own is probably out.  I don't have access to an industrial sewing machine.  It would take $300 worth of just fabric to make my own.  Managing that much materiel to sew it would be a pain.

Understood, it can be daunting.  Industrial machine isn't needed though, just a good old all metal machine.  It is a good skill to have though, for making seat covers and the like.

If it were me, I would buy the 42' Coverking from Walmart.com, I bet it will fit due to it's extra length and width, but in the event it doesn't, just have a canvas place split the last rear side seam and sew an extra 1 ft panel at the rear on both sides and a 1 ft. panel at the bottom back. You'll still have less than $400 invested. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is to secure it properly or the wind will shred it no matter what you get. I recommend my version noted above. I've tried several others that did not work and cost me extra money to learn. Enough said

Does the Coverking have zippers on the corners?  I have to figure out how to deal with the mirror that sticks out.  The design is such that I can't just fold it in.  The mirror mount was designed for a school bus.

The Coverking does not have zippers on the corners, you would have to modify the cover to fit your application. Possibly open a front side seam depending upon where your mirrors are located. There is a door zipper - front passenger side, and 3 other zippers about every 10 ft down the passenger side, so you can roll up a section and tie it up at the roof line. This cover is 10-10.5' wide at the roof seam and 11 ft tall sides.

I ended up ordering the Coverking from Walmart.  I need to find a long enough strap to wrap all the way around the bus.  (37 feet or so I figure.)
