New oil leak

Along the road from ND, through SD, and now in Iowa I'm noticing a leak developing under my engine that wasn't there before.  Plus, each time I stop I notice it is dripping more each time.

Under the driver side of my engine, there are four hoses.  They look like high-pressure lines.  Each attach to some part of the engine, or at least a cast part that looks like an engine part (you can tell I'm real mechanical).  That "cast part" seems to be separate but attached to the engine (there isn't a part like that on the other side).

It appears that the oil is coming from one of those hoses.  What are those hoses for?  What is that cast part?  When I stop now, I probably could catch a couple tablespoons in half an hour.

If it is a 2 stroke DD, those are the hoses that tell if you if is running right or not, when the oil stops coming out, you need to check to see what is wrong with your motor.

Update:  on closer inspection, those lines seem to be transmission related.  Two go to the filter bolted to the trans, and two go to the teams itself.

BUT - it appears the oil may not be the lines, but following the lines from someplace higher.  I also now see oil on the crossover rail under the area where the trans and engine meet.

I know, everyone says these DD leak, but this is a new engine (not a rebuild) and has never leaked anything.

what color is the oil ?
black...engine
red...transmission
brownish....burn't transmission

transmission oil under pressure has resulted in a lot of fires.

Black oil.

My transmission runs engine oil 10w-30
But it stays golden clean.

This is certainly DD black engine oil

Black could also be fuel although not likely coming from the bellhousing end of the engine.

Dave Picture of it? Whats it smell like fuel, oil, coolant? Oil cooler might be on the drivers side front of engine lower part, would have water hose to front and oil hoses from back. square box with fins.

Power steering pump on other side back might be red fluid or light brown oil with hoses coming out?

9 out of 10 times that leak is coming from the blower oil supply line on top of the engine a 3 buck o-ring seal fix it's not a standard o-ring but a DD item, it could be the oil cooled alternator those are the 2 places where most leaks accrue

The oil cooler is on the drivers side the 2 lines towards the front of the engine leaving the cooler are engine oil lines for the oil filter, the 2 towards the rear leaving the cooler are transmission oil lines going to the remote  filter, where is the engine oil filter mounted ? they have o-rings on the fittings,I hope you have a 1-1/2 in open end wrench if it is a o-ring is leaking

Too dark now for pics.  I'll keep driving tonight.  I'm guessing an engine oil leak is less likely to be a problem than a hose leak.  Since the hoses are transmission related and I'm confidant this is engine oil I think I'm okay.  I just can't see where the engine oil might be coming from.  If I enter the side door, over the exhaust, everything is squeaky clean.  But I get under and it's dripping.
