shifter angle

Hi all. I rebent my shifter to day to make it easier to shift. just woundering if anyone else has done this? ive done it on trucks and a ford van.

lots...some by mistake....ever lower a cab over without checking the lever to hole ... ?
me either but more people than you'd think have ...
