1984 Eagle 10 electrical help PLEASE

OK all you Eagle bus NutZ out there I'm here in NJ my 84 Eagle 10 has a weird thing going on. when she's parked Air Brake on I have turn signals and the rear safety lights are lit once I release the Air Brake ALL lighting in the rear goes dead. Ideas? was working then stopped checked all the breakers front and rear for continuity cleaned the rusted ones with emory paper plus the contacts. So I'm guessing I'm missing something  ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated I use her for our rock band and I have a big show I'm gonna need her for on 8/8/14

MY FIRST question would be...has any wiring/relay been "recently worked" on prior to this happening...

try a temporary new ground to taillight housing. Not a Eagle guy but most buses are similar. Bob

Need a serial number on your Eagle about in that time frame the guys at Eagle had a brain freeze and the grounds were through the relays on some of the 84 models
