I know that some of you have a hard time with political correctness.  I sure do.  I finally saw a definition that is perfect.  Now I know why I'm not PC.

Political Correctness:  A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I shake my head everytime I read about being PC. Being insensitive towards others could be a problem for some, but I find that communication or the failure of it is a major problem in our society!  "What we have here is a failure to communicate"!  Even in the movie "Coolhand Luke"! all of those years ago there was a problem!  Quit tippy toeing around and say what you want, the rest of them can grow some, if they can't well that's another story!  When you work in an industry fixing things that break, there aren't many grey areas!  IT EITHER WORKS OR IT DOESN'T! After all grey areas are for lawyers trying to make a buck, how else could they survive? ;D

You certainly sound very articulate!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a good Reisling in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:  WOO HOO, what a ride
