On the government liquidation site there is a C-12 515 hp up for grabs if anybody is looking for a repower the original Cat oil filter leads me to think it's new and someone has made a mistake putting it on the block which they do from time to time

What coach would be the easiest to plug that motor into....Me I'm not ready yet.

No matter what engine/trans you choose to use, it is easiest to have a donner vehicle with all parts still on it. The only way that C12 would be cheap enough is if you were replacing a blown C12 with it. Otherwise trying to put together all the parts and electronics to do an engine swap very expensive. The ECM is there on engine the harness from the chassis is not that expensive to build only takes 2 wires to make it run
