I-35 ribs, antiques, ice cream cones and bike trails

Am leaving in a couple days to head down south. If you know of any great places for bar-b-q ribs, ice cream cones, antique shops, or good paved scenic bike trails, i sure would appreciate hearing about them. Anything else along this route that you found interesting would also be of interest. TIA
