Flip Down TV Screen Mount!

Found a new vendor for a flip down tv mount.  Somebody please purchase this unit and then tell the rest of us how it goes! The reviews look good!

Anybody ready to take the dive or does someone already have this unit in their conversion?  Please share your review!!!!
